Dear Team of Oz-some Volunteers, Thank you for being positively Wicked and volunteering to donate items for our upcoming Wicked Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week! Your kindness is what makes our castle run smoothly, and we are so grateful to have you in our corner of Oz. If you haven’t dropped off your donated items yet, please fly them in as soon as you can—so we can get everything sorted and spellbinding! For anything that could melt (perishables, of course), please hold off until the day before or the morning of the celebration to keep things fresh and fabulous. Still room on the broom! 💗🎀 Today, we wore pink for our principal! 🎀💗 Students and staff at Central Elementary came together in a sea of pink clothes, ribbons, and even cat ear headbands to celebrate Principal Appreciation Day and honor our amazing leader, Mrs. Cynthia Kubit — a proud Panther through and through! Mrs. Kubit once walked these very halls as a student, and for the past six years, she’s returned to lead with heart, wisdom, and strength. From being called kind, fair, tall, and smart by our students to being deeply admired by our staff, she is truly beloved.
