Today, Mrs. Cruz’s 1st grade class celebrated Johnny Appleseed Day 🍎 and enjoyed

📚 This week, our 4th grader gifted students kicked off their unit on Mesoamerica and ancient civilizations, diving into the fascinating worlds of the Inca, Maya, Aztec, and Ancient Egypt! They explored hieroglyphics and even created their own symbols for each letter of the alphabet.
Students then crafted their own “school-friendly” messages—ranging from “Panther Pride” to “Softball Rocks” and “Best Teacher!” 🐾 They had a blast learning and creating with hieroglyphics! 🌟 #LearningIsFun #4thGradeAdventures #Hieroglyphics #PantherPride
