“Gratitude Jars” 🧡
Yesterday, Ms. Lister's students explored the meaning of gratitude—“feeling thankful or happy about something good in your life.”
They learned that gratitude doesn’t have to be about big things; sometimes, the simplest moments mean the most.
Each student chose things they’re grateful for and added them to their very own Gratitude Jar. 🌟 It was a heartwarming reminder to pause and appreciate the good in our lives.
What’s something you’re grateful for today? Let us know in the comments!

Kona Ice Time!
Next Friday.
To participate in this month's Kona Ice activity, students must have demonstrated positive behavior throughout November, which includes having no referrals for the month.

Honoring Our Heroes at Central Elementary
This morning, our Central Elementary students came together in a beautiful Veteran’s Day celebration to honor the men and women who have served our country. With heartfelt songs, passages, and poems, our students expressed gratitude and respect for our veterans. The ceremony included a special flag-raising led by Officer Skip and Former Chief Nick Hopkins (USMC)—thank you for raising our stars and stripes with pride!
A huge thank you to Mrs. Howard, Ms. Tingo, and Ms. Turbeville for their dedication in organizing such a meaningful tribute. Today, our hearts are filled with gratitude for our veterans and pride in our students. ❤️💙
