This week's employee spotlight takes us to Yearling Middle School to highlight Mrs. Bennett, the school secreatry!
🙌🙌Mrs. Bennett said that it's important to her that she can relate to the students at YMS "You build connections, YES WITH TEENAGERS! I make sure to always be welcoming and kind to every student who walks through our door. You never know if you are the only kind face the student gets to see"
💜Mrs. Bennett's advice to anyone new to working at the school district is "Come in with your heart open! Our kids are so full of love and light, be prepared to hand your heart over to the students. I never pictured myself loving five hundred plus kids with my whole heart, but here we are."

Looking forward to a busy and rewarding week this week!

🎉🎉 Welcome to the team Mr. Arana!
🍎Mr. Arana teaches ELA at YMS and was a Paraprofessional last year!
🙌We are proud of his accomplishments in becoming a certified teacher this school year!

Attention families!
For the safety of our students, students are not to be dropped off in the mornings until 7:45. If you are here prior to 7:45, students can not get out of the car until there is a staff member at the drop off location.
Thank you for your help in this matter!
